At I Gas Direct we do everything we can to make sure you get your order on time. We offer our customers 2 main types of delivery; Royal Mail for small items which can fit in the post and UK Mail / DPD UK for larger items.

Our standard delivery via UK Mail / DPD will take between 3-5 days to arrive. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. 

DPD offer an express delivery option, which is a next working day service.  Our cut off point for this delivery is 12pm, if an order is placed on a Friday after 12pm then the goods will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. Saturday and Sundays do not count as a working day. Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship items to Highlands and Islands on a next working day service. 

We also provide a tracked 24 or tracked 48 service through Royal Mail. Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery and we recommend using the DPD delivery option for any urgent goods. 

Time for delivery is given as accurately at possible but is not guaranteed. Highland and Islands may take longer for delivery. 

Our standard carrier delivery is free for orders over £50 and our express UK Mail delivery is free for orders over £100.
